Pain that will not go away, a broken tooth, a crown that has come loose. On Mondays the clinic never closes. Message us on WhatsApp: we reply and tell you when to come in.
Pain that wakes you at night or that painkillers no longer settle, a swollen cheek or gum, a tooth broken or moved after a knock, a crown or veneer that has come loose, bleeding that will not stop after an extraction.
If you are unsure, write to us. Two lines describing what you feel is enough for us to tell you whether to come today or whether it can wait for a normal appointment.

The fastest way to reach us
WhatsApp is quickest: a message, a photo of the tooth if you can, and we reply with a time. The phone also works during opening hours.
On Mondays the clinic never closes: pain that starts in the middle of the night still finds a door open. Tuesday to Friday we see patients until 11pm, and until 3pm on Saturday.

If you are visiting Casablanca
Several patients travelling in Morocco have been seen the same day for pain or a broken tooth. The CFC district is easy to reach and parking is straightforward.
You are seen in French, Arabic, English or Spanish, and you leave with a written report for your own dentist back home.

Frequently asked questions
01Do you take walk-in emergencies?
Message us on WhatsApp first, even five minutes before. That lets us give you a slot and prepare for you rather than leaving you waiting.
02Toothache in the middle of the night, what do I do?
If it is Monday, the clinic is open whatever the hour: message us on WhatsApp and come in. On other nights, write to us anyway, we answer when we open and see you first. If the pain becomes unbearable or your face swells, go to a hospital emergency department.
03My crown came loose, is that urgent?
Keep the crown, do not glue it back yourself and avoid chewing on that side. Send us a photo: in many cases it is re-cemented in one short appointment.
04Do you see children in an emergency?
Yes, during opening hours, on the same terms. Let us know on WhatsApp and describe what happened.
